My husband and I recently moved to Alabama with our young daughter. I had looked at some beautiful homes in town that had community centers with swimming pools and tennis courts. However, that is just not the feel my husband and I were looking for. The homes were nice, but the lots were very small. The minute I walked into a Dennis Olive Home, I knew it was the one. The layout was phenomenal. It is a 2500 square foot rancher with lots of space for our daughter to grow. The lot size is fabulous and the location couldn’t be better. We wanted the country feel, not the suburbs. This home had it all. On top of the great house we found, the staff was great as well. Nancy is very quick to respond to any questions I had and very flexible if we needed to adjust our closing date and time. Justin arranges all repairs and is very quick to get things taken care of. Mr. Olive was very professional to work with and gave us a great deal. I would recommend a Dennis Olive Home.
